You can already contact the Local Guest Editors mentioned below to propose some chapters for the Legacy Book or some contributions under the form of futur publications. The proposed contributions will go through a conventional peer review process.
ICEF14 PROCEEDINGS :
A general proceeding containing the abstracts considered for ICEF14 and the program will be available online with an ISBN.
ICEF14 SPECIAL ISSUES IN SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS :
4 Special issues of high Impact Factor Journals are envisaged as follows :
- Journal of Food Engineering (ELSEVIER), especially for theme 1 (Conventional processes) and theme 4 (Modelling)
- Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technology (ELSEVIER), especially for theme 2 (Emerging processes) and theme 6 (Food Future)
- Sustainable Food Technology (RSC), especially for theme 3 ( Sustainability)
- Food & Function (RSC), especially for theme 5 (Food performances)
Participants to ICEF14 are invited to contact the local guest editors who will provide informations on the submission procedure. The proposed scientific themes are indicatives and are linked to selected thermatic pillars of ICEF14.
ICEF14 LEGACY BOOK
An ICEF14 Legacy BOOK will be edited by Springer’s food science as part of the Springer Food Engineering Series (SFES). This book intend to gather contributions as chapters proposing state of the art of recent advances in Food Engineering, Food Processing and Food Science. Propositions of chapters should be send to the local Guest Editor below.
