• Call for private session

  • The call for private session on Monday 19th June 2023 is still opened. 

    5 rooms will be available for max 5 specific initiatives willing to organize a special session such as project’s meeting, specific topic, working parties, workshop, dissemination events, etc. The rooms (around 50 seats) located at the congress centre will be available for a fee of 1200 € incl. VAT from 2 pm till 6 pm. There will be no computer in the room. A beamer will be available. These special sessions will be mentioned on the program but will not be part of the official ICEF congress period (from Tuesday 20th June till Friday 23rd June noon).
