  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    In the event of cancellation of sponsorship and/or exhibition space, please note that unless that particular area of sponsorship and/or exhibition space is resold, the Organising Committee reserves the right to retain all monies received. Cancellation before April 19th 2023 included, 50% of payment due will be retained. If the balance of payment is not received by the due date, the allocated sponsorship and/or exhibition space will be cancelled. Any sponsorship and/or exhibition space cancelled after April 19th 2023 will not be refunded; thus 100% forfeited. A full copy of the Terms and Conditions can be found on the website and it is integral to the application form, it must be read and ticked as read prior to finalising your application.
     

  • DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)

    The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the organizing committee of ICEF14 Conference in order to manage the logistic organisation of the ICEF14 Conference

    The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following supplier of the Conference:
    • Sponsor registration management: Insight Outside
    • Submission management: Insight Outside
